6-8 slices of turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
4-5 potatos peeled and diced
1 bunch of green onions diced
1 can corn
1 can campbells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1 cup fat free sour cream
4 cups of skim milk

Dump all into a crock-pot and slow cook for about 6-8 hours. Enjoy! Would taste wonderful with some homemade whole wheat bread!

Have you ever tried low sodium bullion? It is pretty good and obviously allows you to reduce the amount of sodium you're cooking with.
